Planned Outages Summer 2019

Eastern Maine Electric Co-op has scheduled several planned outages for summer 2019. Outages are planned when projects can not be safely and efficiently completed with the power lines electrified.
 
Prior to planned outages, the Cooperative calls each affected member for whom we have a valid phone number. If you are affected by one of these outages and did not receive a phone call, please confirm that we have a valid phone number for you by calling (800) 696-7444 during billing hours and pressing menu option 2 for the Billing Department.

UPDATE: 11:00 am Wednesday-The outage is now expected to continue until 11:30 a.m. Line workers have found some broken insulators that should be changed out now to avoid unplanned problems in the future.
